O lado bom da crise: o preço dos CDs tem caído muito.
Assim, pude me dedicar, no feriado, a um prazer já quase esquecido: comprar CDs de artistas que não conheço. Pode ser que eu descubra uma música incrível... Pode ser que o CD seja uma bomba... Mas, fazer o quê, se eu gosto de viver perigosamente?
;)

O CD "The Age Of The Understatement", o primeiro do The Last Shadow Puppets, é todo muito bom.
Tão bom que a banda foi indicada em 2008 ao Mercury Prize, que escolhe o melhor álbum do ano no Reino Unido. The Last Shadow Puppets é formado por Alex Turner (Arctic Monkeys) e por Miles Kane (The Rascals).
A minha música favorita, por enquanto, é "Standing next to me":
